                              Euthanasia and human endurance

                                                          Research and complete these tasks:

General information:

  1. What does “Euthanasia” translate to mean? What language is it originally from?

  2. Where is it legal around the world?

  3. What are the methods of regulating and completing it?

  4. What are the legal arguments surrounding it (particularly regarding mental health compared to physical health)?

  5. What are some of the moral questions raised by euthanasia?

  6. What is the Catholic Church’s view on euthanasia? What is the differing view between The Church’s view of “direct” and “indirect passive” euthanasia? What does that tell you about their view of the morality of the practice?

    Extended task:

Create a T chart, listing 4 pros and 4 cons for euthanasia
